1. Jili Buyabu, 21 (Sheffield United)
Buyabu is an attack first left wing-back flourishing with Sheffield United's under21's after signing for Blades from non-league Hornchurch in December of 2022.
After making one cameo substitute appearance in last seasons promotion campaign, Buyabu featured as a sub in this season League Cup penalty defeat against Lincoln and recently made a Premier League subs bench against Manchester United.
Buyubu's greatest asset in his pace. He's got lightning acceleration from a standing start and maintains his speed over distance using his long stride and good balance to attack his opponent.
Buyabu relishes driving at his opponent on the outside in the final third. His decision making is good an will either recycle possession or delivery a dangerous cross with a driven trajectory if it presents itself.
Defensively, Buyabu relishes one on one duels and doesn't allow his opponent inside, often coming away with the ball.
Buyabu is an infectious, confident footballer with bags of energy, speed and intent.

Small in stature but big in ability. Tommi O'Reilly operates best in the half spaces between midfield and defence and expertly takes up positions of danger to affect attacking moves.
O'Reilly captains Aston Villa's under 21 side and has on occasions found himself on the fringes of the first team squad, featuring on the bench in two of Villa's Conference League matches this season.

3. Mark O'Mahony, 18 (Brighton)
Irish youth star Mark 'O'Mahony signed for Brighton from Cork City in January of this year and his development is seemingly rapid.
Capped at U16, U17, U18 & U19 level, O'Mahony was awarded FAI U17's player of the year in December 2022, just prior to his Brighton move.
O'Mahoney is a well built, good all rounder, equally adapt at holding up play or running In behind and with good movement in and around the penalty area.
It could be a touch early in Brighton's pathway plan for him to go out on loan but after lighting up Premier League 2 with a goal to minutes played ratio of 1in72 maybe Championship clubs look to add him to their squad in January with the hope of a Tommy Cannon/Cameron Archer impact?
